Workers Compensation Benefits

Normal Benefits of Workers Compensation

Temporary Disability, in an admitted case, is paid by the workers compensation insurance company to you while you are unable to work and your doctor declares you temporarily disabled.

If your wages qualify, you may receive up to $1172.57 per week for injuries in 2017.

If you have further questions, please call us at

Under workers compensation law, in an admitted case, the insurance carrier is to provide all treatment which is reasonable and necessary to cure or relieve the effects of your injury. This includes prescription medication and transportation to and from the doctor's offices. If your doctor believes that you need assistance to perform your activities of daily living, you may also be entitled to assistance in your home.
